Scott Peterson Gets the Death Penalty - rushroom.com (What You Should Think)

Well, after three days, the jury has recommended the death penalty for Scott Peterson. There will be an automatic appeal of course. The judge may set aside the verdict and go for life anyway. I think Scott is guilty but, I don't think the prosecution proved their case either.

I agree, lets throw Scott Peterson in general populations and let the "Men in Orange" exact justice! Death Row for Scott is too good! Let's make him as helpless as his wife was the day he murdered her.

I don't believe in the death penalty. I believe in God handing out justice. So lets enforce an eye for an eye. And lets toast to Scott's sentence being commuted. He will then be thrown in general population. The lovely men in orange will then hand out justice in a swift manner and Scott can let meet his maker (God) alot quicker than California will. Cheers!

Houstongal: get real! Even if he is guilty, (which he is not) then find some forgiveness and pray for him...saying things like you are saying makes you just as bad as a murderer! Without forgiveness you will rot in hell!

The media and especially the court channel with nancy grace....had him convicted without any solid proof. When the news of that woman in MO came out today the first thing that came to my mind was laci peterson.....what if there is a net work of baby steelers out there and this is there new way of getting them and in the case of Laci &; conner something went wrong? i'm sure the truth will come out someday??

I feared for his life because everything about the disappearance and the discovery of the bodies was irregular. The police and the news media broadcasted when and where Scott Peterson went fishing the day of the disappearance months before the Bodies were discovered. Didn't anyone think it a bit bizarre that the detached fetus and Laci's body washed up in the same place at the same time and Laci's head did not? I sure reeks of a setup. Scott Peterson reminds me of a few guys I dated when I was younger. Deceitful and adulators but not murders. Never any display of a violence in his past. The problem with the police and district attorneys is that they come up with a scenario and searched for anything that would support it. In essence they convicted him on a scenario. No one knows how Laci died, when she died or where she died. God help us all.

Ya know I use to be absolutely convinced he did it for the longest time. Then a couple Weeks before they read the verdict a thought &; an overwhelming feeling came over me that he is innocent!!! None of the prosecutions case makes any since!!! They say one of his motives is he hates kids but yet he was suppose to be running off with a woman who has a kid??? Makes no since. This thought came over me,, how many women let their husbands have sex with them in the 3rd. trimester?? The answer, none or al most none!! Ok the guy was busting at the seams and needed some sex then along come this pretty little blond he felt would fit the bill just fine! Now I’m not saying this is right and I’m not saying I support this kind of behavior but what I am saying is; it makes a lot more since then what the prosecution says!!!!! But what if… what if there is somebody in Fresno who is a secret admirer of Amber Frey??? And along came Scott looking to get his wie-wie wet after not getting any in months screwing up this guys game!! Animosity possibly hated maybe even worse could begin to run in this guy!! Then what if the guy heads over to stake out Amber Frey’s house and old Scott’s in there doing his thing!! Wow, this starts to sound much more compelling! Then what if this weirdo decides to follow Scott home and low and behold discovers HE’S GOT A WIFE!! Now he’s really getting mad!!! O ya “The boat thing”; How many of you ever had a boat?? I had 3. My first 2 were nothing to write home about so I didn’t!!! Get my point!! Humm fishing on Christmas Eve; 2 weeks before the birth of his son Conner!!!! Last chance to take out the new boat before the baby comes!! Then he won’t be able take out the boat after that probably for quite some time!! So I can even see leaving the pregnant wife at home (8 1/2 months pregnant) and go test out the new boat on Christmas Eve!! Wow, remember that Amber Frey thing?? Sounds all most like the perfect opportunity, doesn’t it??? What if??? Some twisted sick *&;^T%$@ ???And there’s Scott the perfect patsy??? How come law enforcement scoured that bay with the latest and greatest technology for at least 2 WEEKS and came up with nothing???? Then up washes this poor woman &; child some 2 months after the fact????? This makes no since!!!! And this is what I can’t understand. I think the world just F’d up BIG TIME! I also think the killing is STILL out there! And I think he’s in Fresno!!! Or he got the hell out of Fresno for parts unknown once it made front page news!!!!!! I think we just convicted an innocent man folks!! I also think if that were me,,, and I just lost my son &; my wife,,, lets just say I don’t think I’d care much about any thing anymore.
