Scott Peterson has been sentenced to death. Judge Alfred Delucchi had to decide if he wanted Scott Peterson to die or
do a life sentence without parole for the deaths of Lacy Peterson and her unborn son.
The judge said: "The court is satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant, Scott Lee Peterson, is guilty of first-degree murder".
Mark Geragos said he would try to appeal stating some inconsistencies, evidence and prejudice by the media that tainted the trial. Personally I don't see it.
